General Terms and Conditions
The General Terms and Conditions, as referenced in an Order Form or amendment issued by Diligent Corporation or a Diligent Corporation subsidiary to a customer subscribing to Diligent products or services, shall be the General Terms and Conditions identified below depending on the entity defined as “Diligent” under the Order Form or amendment. If no entity is specifically defined as “Diligent” under the Order Form or amendment, “Diligent” shall be defined as the entity signing such Order Form or amendment.
- Where “Diligent” refers to Diligent Corporation (or any Order Form where “Diligent” refers to a Diligent entity not otherwise identified below) the General Terms and Conditions here shall apply.
- Where “Diligent” refers to Diligent Canada Inc. or ACL Services Ltd.: the General Terms and Conditions here shall apply.
- Where “Diligent” refers to Diligent Boardbooks Limited, ACL Europe Ltd., ACL France SARL or Insightia Limited: the General Terms and Conditions here shall apply.
- Where “Diligent” refers to Diligent Boardbooks GmbH: the General Terms and Conditions here shall apply.
- Where “Diligent” refers to Diligent APAC Board Services Pte Ltd or ACL Services (Singapore) Pte.Ltd.: the General Terms and Conditions here shall apply.
- Where “Diligent” refers to Diligent Japan Ltd, formerly known as ACL Japan Ltd.: the General Terms and Conditions here shall apply.
- Where “Diligent” refers to Diligent Board Services Australia Pty Ltd or Galvanize Software Australia Pty. Ltd.: the General Terms and Conditions here shall apply.
- Where “Diligent” refers to Diligent Board Member Services NZ Ltd: the General Terms and Conditions here shall apply.
