NEW YORK, NY - June 21, 2017 - Diligent Corporation was named the winner of a Silver Stevie® Award in the Customer Service Team of the Year category in The 15th Annual American Business Awards. The company was also presented with a Bronze Stevie® Award in the Customer Service Department of the Year category. The American Business Awards are the nation's premier business awards program. Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word meaning 'crowned,' the awards were presented to winners at a gala ceremony at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York last night.
More than 3,600 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories, including Startup of the Year, Executive of the Year, Best New Product or Service of the Year, Marketing Campaign of the Year, Live Event of the Year, and App of the Year, among others. Diligent Corporation was nominated in the Creating Customer-Centric Experiences category, which recognized innovative new products and services.
