Diligent does not anticipate any impact to our products or services due to the unfolding crisis in Ukraine.

We are taking additional precautions to protect your organization and ours, including:

• Elevating our overall security posture in accordance with the Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency’s (CISA) guidelines
• Monitoring the crisis on a real-time basis
• Updating our security posture as the need arises

We encourage all users to remain vigilant to ensure business operations remain unaffected. Diligent recommends enabling data encryption at the document level and implementing user authentication methods such as multifactor authentication, device authorization and integrated single sign-on (SSO) with your organization’s identity management platform.
